Gearhart by the Sea
Gearhart by the Sea is a corporation that was formed in 1972 for the purpose of providing management and other services for and in behalf of four condominium associations.
A. Gearhart House, a complex consisting of 96 individual residential units; Gearhart House has 3 members on the Corporation Board.
B. Pacific Terrace, a complex consisting of 46 individual residential units; Pacific Terrace has 1 member on the Corporation Board.
C. Pacific View, a complex consisting of 27 individual residential units; Pacific View has 1 member on the Corporation Board.
D. Pacific Palisades, a complex consisting of 20 individual residential units. Pacific Palisades has 1 number on the Corporation Board.
All four associations are the stockholders in this corporation. Each association has a representative and vote on the Corporation Board (see above).

Gearhart by the Sea Board has hired a General Manager – Paul Tice to oversee the daily operations that include but are not limited to the following:
Staffing
Security
Unit owner services
Accounting
Vacation Rentals
General maintenance and upkeep
Garbage Service
Telephone, Internet & Satellite Service
Housekeeping
Coordinating outside services
Services are billed out at $32 per hour (subject to change) in 1/4 hour increments.
