Pacific Terrace Condominium is located in the City of Gearhart, Clatsop County, Oregon. Pacific Terrace Condominium was constructed in 1965 and was one of the first Condominium projects built in the State of Oregon. The Condominium consists of eight buildings with a total of 46 residential units and one building containing 9 parking units. Pacific Terrace sits on approximately 8 acres that runs along the North Oregon Coast.

Pacific Terrace Homeowners Association was established to serve as a means through which the unit owners have input with regard to the administration, management and operation of the Condominium. Each unit owner shall be a member of the Association. The affairs of the Association are governed by a Board of Directors who are elected by the condominium membership.
